How it works
The Listening is the first meeting with The Pine. We look at what emerged from the Assessment and understand the question that matters now. If there is a basis for working together, we agree on how the work will take place.
The advisory engagement is a paid professional relationship. Its terms are agreed before the work begins.
Rules of Engagement
Defining how the work will take place.
No contractual list to read in advance. If the Listening shows a basis for working together, the rules of engagement simply define how the work will take place.
